Goal setting from the very beginning
Aaron and his brother Clark fanned out through the neighborhood. They both agreed that after reviewing the goal setting plan they had set out the first step would be to get immediate feedback. They were in the process of planning a small business of their own and they wanted to get everyone in the neighborhood’s input on interest and need. Once they had established the market’s requirement, they could then put together the actual product. Once they got that organized they could try out different marketing procedures and create a full business plan. The neighbors were very impressed with the amount of effort and pre-planning that they put in to the business. If the product was as good as the preparation, the boys were going to have the best lemonade stand the neighborhood had ever seen. Aaron and Clark had planned on that. They had a free tasting session for their invited guests.
